WE'RE NOT STAYING IN THE CLOSET

*
BACK ON THE JOB

by Al Doyle

Wisconsin Marriage Defenders took some time off to celebrate the victory of the marriage amendment to the state constitution and get caught up on other things, but it's back to work on standing for truth and exposing the real agenda of homosexual activists.

WMD was in Appleton today (November 27) to distribute Homosexuality: The Truth. Appleton is the 16th Wisconsin municipality visited in our ongoing literature distribution campaign, and WMD's goal is to reach 100 cities and small towns. Lord willing, we will be in a few other towns before the end of this year.

We are out of the closet supporters of marriage the Bible way - one man and one woman. In addition to opposing misnamed "marriage" between homosexuals, WMD uncompromisingly opposes the same thing under aliases such as "domestic partnerships" as well as pedophilia and other depraved actions that harm the innocent. It may be hard to believe, but there are some strident advocates for such perversions, and they must be dealt with.

This month's victory didn't happen because of a short time of educating voters. Pilgrims Covenant Church of Monroe has worked tirelessly at the task for many years, and the steadfast efforts of Pastor Ralph Ovadal and PCC members laid the foundation for the resounding win.

Because of limited time, resources and geography, no single church or group can come close to covering an entire state the size of Wisconsin. PCC has blanketed the southern part of the state along with frequent mailings and pickets throughout Wisconsin, and WMD is focusing on the eastern and central counties.

That leaves northern and western Wisconsin wide open for others who are willing to take a stand for righteousness. Getting involved requires no special talent or ability. A desire to serve the Lord and defend the supremacy of Word of God are the most important traits needed. Contact us if you want to be a part of this vital effort in Wisconsin.

TG: We're not asking for an outrageous commitment of time and effort. You'd be amazed at how much a few people can accomplish in an hour or two. Even a half hour is worth it.

And, living in Appleton, I heard nothing of this why...?

Oh yeah, because no one cares about a group of hateful Christians that feel it necessary to jam their misguided beliefs down everyone's throats!

Uh...'special right' to marry? Please. It would make them equal with the rest of America.

The only reason they have to fight for it is because people like you make them.

Ever heard of the Treaty of Tripoli? That right there should be enough to allow them marriage rights. Unfortunately, a great deal of our country is still living in the fifties.

Also, gays aren't forcing ANYONE to watch or accept them. They want equal rights.

Keep your religious bigotry to yourself and I won't bother you. If you continue to cram it down my throat like you are, don't expect me to take it willingly or quietly.

No, the rest of America has the right to marry someone of the OPPOSITE sex. Homosexuals want extra rights.

No one has the right to marry anyone they love. I love my brother. I love my daughter. I love my best friend. That doesn't mean I should be allowed to marry any of them.

<< gays aren't forcing ANYONE to watch or accept them. >>

If you want us to consider your behavior as a legal "marriage", with all the rights and benefits conferred upon marriage, you certainly are forcing us to accept sodomites.

<< They want equal rights. >>

They HAVE equal rights. They have religious liberty, free speech, the right to bear arms, the right to a speedy trial, and all the rest, including the right to marry someone of the opposite sex. They want EXTRA rights.

An employer ought to be able to hire and fire whoever they want. Should you be forced to hire someone like me to babysit your kids so I can instruct them in my values and morals?

Discrimination is a good thing. I am very discriminatory when it comes to who I will let watch my children or who I hire to work on my home. My church is quite discriminatory when hiring staff. The person must adhere to certain religious beliefs and practice a particular code of morality. I also discriminate against cowards who call themselves Anonymous. That name among homosexuals is more common than Smith.

The only reason an employer could fire someone for being a homosexual is if the homosexual flaunted his orientation publicly. Don't cram your perversion down your employer's throat and he'll have no reason to fire you for it.

  • At 9:11 AM, Anonymous Anonymous said…

Your true colors certainly are showing here. What you are suggesting here is that employers should be able to fire someone because he or she doesn't like African Americans or women. As in virtually all anti-discrmination statutes, churches are exempt with regard to hiring. Individuals who hire nannies or babysitters are also exempt by virtue of empoyment laws. You are yelling about indidvidual freedoms in order to shout down anyone who believes in equality. If you are concerned about hirng and firing practices with regard to personal freedoms, you should be fighting to overturn all existing laws which promote equal opportunity, not juts those which target gays.
Also, if you believe that one can be fired if they don't "stay in the closet" clearly shows how misinformed you are about the county in which you live. Perhaps we should all work for a law which would overturn statutes which prohibit employers from firing people who believe in your god.
We do not live in a theocracy yet. And those of you in the Christian Taliban need to take a look at how your ideals will hurt you, too, in the end.

Employers should be able to hire who they want. If you don't want to hire Christians, you should nt be forced to. If I don't want to hire sodomites, Muslims, or atheists, I should nto be forced to. That's freedom. You only want freedom for YOU, not for all.

More and more laws and statutes are being proposed and passed which do not contain exceptions for individuals or churches.

Cite one anti-discrimnation law that has been passed which does not include an exemption for spiritual or religious organizations. Do not include the "possible" interpretations. Just name and cite ONE anti-discrimination statute that does not include an exemption. A factual one.

TG writes "I love my daughter. I love my best friend. That doesn't mean I should be allowed to marry them."

Is your wife, your partner for life, not your best friend? That's a curious interpretation of marriage, one that the Catholic church of Oshkosh Wisconsin rejects.

In addition, you suggest that a father has feelings that make you want to marry your daughter?

Finally, most importantly, as a straight Wisconsin native, I'm glad you've chosen to come out of the closet. Of course, you came out of the closet in your adopted state, a state you don't seem to understand very well. Anyway, it's good you came out. Now I suggest you take the walk south. To your home.

I truly don't understand where all you closeted bigots came from, but it usually looks like you don't stay anywhere all that long.

All that said, there's a long history of a lot of people not being able to get married in Wisconsin. The only response I see logical for those of us who disagree with WMD, (you realize that anagram has an ominous synonym), is to reject marriage ourselves. For me personally, while my culture suggests that living with my girlfriend while not married is a sin, my culture also teaches that enjoying benefits at the expense of others is more so.

    Of course, you didn't ask.

t.g., I'd suggest you stop using the word "sodomite" to refer to all homosexuals. For one, it doesn't cover any lesbians. For two, it doesn't cover the gay men who don't engage in sodomy. For three, it *does* cover straight men who have anal sex with women (or should they be forbidden to marry as well?)

  • At 7:39 AM, Blogger T.G. said…

Sodomite is the biblical term for homosexual. Modern usage may have expanded the term, but biblically it doesn't apply to straight couples at all.

The pro-marriage guy was told he *could* keep his sign, and he was fired anyway.

While I've enjoyed many of the comments, I'd like to get back to the lie T.G. wrote:

"More and more laws and statutes are being proposed and passed which do not contain exceptions for individuals or churches."

Again, please cite just one of these many laws and statues or admit that lying is a common tactic used to advance WMD's Bigotry Agenda.

Secondly, I think the term "sodomite", when used in its original Biblical application, is entirely suitable when referring to members of WMD. Since Sodom was destroyed for its citizens lack of concern for the poor and inhopsitable treatment of visitors, it's an almost a perfect fit.

<< Sodom was destroyed for its citizens lack of concern for the poor and inhopsitable treatment of visitors >>

Inhospitable treatment? Why the men of Sodom were so hospitable they wanted to have sex with the visitors. How more hospitable could they be?

Ezekiel 16:49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride,

What group always uses the word "pride"?

    << fulness of bread, >>

Homosexuals are wealthier per capita, than straights.

<< and abundance of idleness >>

No families to support or children to raise (unless they take somebody else's).

<< neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. >>

Liberals are less generous than conservatives. http://www.townhall.com/columnists/column.aspx?UrlTitle=who_gives_to_charity&ns=JohnStossel&dt=12/06/2006&page=full&comments=true

But you forgot the other verse dealing with Sodom (besides the Genesis account showing their homosexuality):

Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

FORNICATION with STRANGE FLESH is what brought on the fire.

There's a reason the term "sodomy" refers to homosexual perversion and not inhospitality. Strange how inhospitable people or those who don't give to the poor didn't become known as "sodomites".

“Strange how inhospitable people or those who don't give to the poor didn't become known as "sodomites”.

What’s strange is how the supposed “word of God” has been so twisted by men as for people to actually believe that the Sodom/Gomorrah story is about homosexuality.

Let’s see…we have angels visiting Lot, who then refuses to let the town’s folk get “to know” the visitors yet, instead, offers up his daughters for the predators to rape. Obviously, Lot isn’t in the running for the Father of the Year Award at this point, but he does seem to realize that the townies might enjoy gang-raping virgin girls more than men. I mean, really, “No, you can’t meet my guests, but I have some young, virgin daughters you can have. Just drop them off in the morning.” By the way, the Hebrew word “yadha” is in the original translation of the Bible and in many other instances means “to get to know” or “find out who they really are” and in far fewer instances means anything sexual. Regardless, the townsfolk probably are at Lot’s door to commit acts of violence, not to have recreational sex or a circuit party.

When Lot’s neighbors refuse Lot’s gracious offer of his daughters, the angel visitors strike the townsfolk blind so they can’t find the door, tell Lot and his family to leave, whereupon God destroys the city with fire and brimstone. Lot’s wife, who doesn’t seem to be a party to any of this, is turned into a pillar of salt because she looked back as she was leaving. Boy, she sure got what she deserved!

We are told that since Lot is the only righteous man in town, he and his daughters are saved. Make me wonder about this god’s definition of “righteous” but…. whatever. Anyway, Lot retires to a cave, starts drinking so much that he has sex with his daughters then says he doesn’t remember because he was so drunk he must have blacked-out. The daughters each become pregnant by these acts of incest and have sons (one of whom is Moab). Of course, those wretched virgin daughters are blamed for tricking the righteous, loving father Lot.

And the moral of this story is….

God is against gay/lesbian couples who are in committed, monogamous, respectful, and nurturing relationships.

    P.S. Cite just one statute.

Enjoy your short time in the sun, because Marriage Equality will be the law of the land sooner or later.

It's a Constitutional question and no matter how hard the haters and the bigots cry, fight and scream it WILL go before the SCOTUS and become law.

Then the Talibornagain and their Mad Mullahs can take their christo-fascism back into the dark ages where it belongs.

Why do you care, Jesus Christ didn't care enough about it to utter one recorded word on the subject, except for, "Love your fellow man."

Do you "fight" so hard against the rights of others to prove that the desire for manflesh is not strong within you in the middle of the night and early morning? Do you awaken from dreams of men and boys breathing hard with wet sheets?

Why do you care so strongly? We want to know!

Wait a minute. So you are deleting posts that ask if you are working so hard to cover up the demon with-in you? So you are fighting a gay man inside of you to prove to yourself that you aren't gay. You are the sinner, but others must pay for your weakness, is that how you see it? Hardly seems fair, does it?

Good luck on keeping that fabulous boi within quiet. I'm sure it is Wisconsin's loss.

I own a large architectural illustration business in a large Southern city. We have no state laws to protect people based on sexual preference. So I have decided to fire all the non-gay employees because most don't dress as well or paint as well as the gay artists. Besides the studios will be a lot more fun without the straight people around. Tuesday will be quite a shock for six of them.

A homosexual interior decorator! Who would have ever suspected! One of our most well-known homosexuals here is a hairdresser, the other runs the art museum.

All we need is a florist to fill all the stereotypes.

If guys are working for you, in your field, they are probably not really straight anyway.
