IN A STEW!
*
While Oshkosh Northworstern Executive Editor Stew Rieckman has been a better friend to the Wisconsin sodomites than Jake was to Ennis in "Brokeback Mountain", since he is an editor of a newspaper, he sometimes is forced to at least pretend to be unbiased. So here is his response to being called on allowing six straight, eh, consecutive, pro-sodomite puff pieces, after being called out for allowing the sodomites the first and last word (as well as a majority of the exchanges) in the letter-to-the-editor:
"Rieckman, Stew"wrote:
Dear Mr. Doyle,
As a member of the governing board of Fair Wisconsin, Mr. Sherer presented his Op Ed piece in the Northwestern (April 9) as a spokesman for that group. Accordingly, I would be happy to provide equal space to an officer or spokesman representing Family Research Institute of Wisconsin for a rebuttal. To my knowledge, FRI is the leading advocacy group in the state in support of the Constitutional amendment.
As always, letters to the editor to the Northwestern are welcome in accordance with guidelines established and published on the editorial page.
Sincerely,
Stewart Rieckman
Executive Editor
Oshkosh Northwestern
Of course Stew wouldn't make the same offer to the LOCAL group (WMD), even though he refused Jared Longsine's Blog because it was not local enough in content. But despite that hypocrisy (that is getting to be a redundant word when used in relation to Reickmen), by holding Stew's feet to the fire, we finally get *one* op-ed response. Julaine Appling of FRI, has already been contacted and her article should be coming soon.

You should read this girl's stories, and see what religious based hatred does.

Teno, you are so childish, geez!
The way you speak makes you seem like you are a kid! Get a hold of yourself and if you are so against homosexuality, the way to do is is not in pansy name changing.
When I hear you call the Northwestern the NorthWORSTern I am reminded of my children, so I know what I am talking about.
Grow up and maybe more people would listen to you. You have some of the facts but your tact is way off! Your credibility is irreprably damaged.

Hmmm..."Jake" and "Ennis"; you know their names. Just how many times have you watched the movie? How repressed you must be!
